The self-taught furniture maker works with some of Australia’s finest reclaimed timbers. Each piece is a work of art, a song composed of the notes of the former life of the wood. Felipe still gets excited when he’s invited to a potential timber site, it’s like a treasure trove. He has timber from all of the hidden places, from old industrial sheds, gate posts, window frames, and some more high profile places.

For Felipe and his customers, having a piece of furniture with a story creates conversation, but it also keeps the history of the reclaimed timber alive.

I specialise in custom furniture, bespoke cabinetry and unique shop fitting, and always use reclaimed, recycled or sustainably sourced materials.
